A real estate agency is paid on commission, only if the transaction is carried out. For a sale, the fees of the real estate agency are 2.5% excluding VAT of the amount of the transaction for the seller, and 2.5% excluding VAT on the buyer side. For the rental, the fees are 1 month's rent excluding tax for each part. the fees of real estate agents are not regulated in Morocco and can be negotiated upstream according to the estimated selling price.
