Agenz Valuation Gains Accreditation as OPCI Assessor, Joining the Ranks of Leading Evaluators in Morocco

Casablanca, November 10, 2023 – The Ministry of Economy, Finance and Administration Reform has officially granted Agenz Valuation accreditation as a real estate asset evaluator for Real Estate Collective Investment Schemes (OPCI) in Morocco. This announcement adds Agenz Valuation to the prestigious list of accredited evaluators established in October 2020.

Agenz Valuation thus joins the ranks of renowned evaluators such as Colliers Conseil Maroc, Tinsa Maroc... These evaluators form the backbone of the OPCI real estate market in Morocco, ensuring high-quality assessments and contributing to market transparency.

The inclusion of Agenz Valuation on this list highlights the continuous growth and positive dynamics of the Moroccan real estate sector. The accreditation confirms Agenz Valuation's expertise and reliability in the evaluation of real estate assets, a crucial criterion for maintaining investor confidence in OPCIs.

The ministry also reminded that this list is regularly updated, based on new accreditations issued or withdrawn, thus reflecting the constant evolution of the real estate market and regulatory requirements.
